Written Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

Crash Doctors Collision Center (“Crash Doctors”) warrants to the original purchaser that the covered product(s) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the lifetime of the product, beginning from the original date of purchase.

2. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is subject to the following terms:- Applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.- Covers only parts and services performed or sold by Crash Doctors.- Does not cover:- Normal wear and tear- Damage from misuse, abuse, accidents, or improper installation- Cosmetic blemishes from exposure to weather, chemicals, or age- Labor for removal, diagnostics, or reinstallation (unless previously approved)

3. How to Make a Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact Crash Doctors at the phone number or email below with:- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice)- A description and photo of the issue- Return of defective product (if applicable; shipping paid by customer) Crash Doctors will inspect the issue and, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the item. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished.

4. Disclaimer

This warranty is in place of all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Crash Doctors is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.

5. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
